Day 1 – Tokyo, Japan

As a modern city Tokyo, the capital of Japan, could be described as too good to be true. People dress in the latest fashions and experiment with the latest technologies, excellent restaurants serve up delicious food of all varieties, and the trendiest nightclubs keep things hopping.

Day 2 – Mt. Fuji, Japan

Arrival 8:00am/ Departure 4:00pm

Mount Fuji is a symbol of Japan. The mountain contributes to Japan’s physical, cultural, and spiritual geography. Mount Fuji is the tallest mountain in Japan, standing at 3,776 meters (12,380 feet). Mount Fuji has been a sacred site.

  • Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park is the most-visited national park in Japan.
  • Fuji-Hakone-Izu is not a single park, but a series of four major sites within 300 kilometers (186 miles) of the Tokyo metropolis.
  • In addition to Mount Fuji, Fuji-Hakone-Izu includes forest, island, and lake ecosystems.
  • Aokigahara is a forest in Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park. This forest is very dense, sometimes nicknamed the “Sea of Trees.” Because of the dense forestation, Aokigahara is very dark, even during daylight hours.
  • Fuji-Hakone-Izu National Park is home to historic sites as well as natural ones. The Old Tokaido Road preserves serene rest areas that have served travelers since the 17th century.

Day 3 & 4 – Kobe, Japan

Japan’s cosmopolitan diversity can be found in the magnificent Inland Sea harbor of Kobe. Take a soothing dip at Arima Hot Springs, Japan’s oldest hot springs resort, where travelers come from around the world to test the water’s curative properties.

Day 5 – Kochi, Japan

Kochi Prefecture is blessed with beautiful and abundant nature under a shining sun such as the coastline with the Kuroshio Current (Japan Current), clear rivers such as the Shimanto River and deep green forests.

Day 6 – Hiroshima, Japan

Tragedy has turned Hiroshima, the main city of the Chugoku Region on Japan’s main island of Honshu, into the country’s most famous tourist attraction. Today millions of visitors make a pilgrimage to Hiroshima’s Peace Memorial Park to pay tribute to the victims, but also to marvel at the lively modern city that has overcome its tragedy to become the thriving home of more than a million people

Home to some of South Korea’s most popular beaches, hot spring resorts and numerous historical attractions, Busan is an integral part of any trip to South Korea. Busan, formerly known as Pusan, is the largest port and the second largest city in South Korea and is a quick three-hour KTX (bullet train) trip south of Seoul. Busan often goes unnoticed as visitors flock to get a taste of the bright lights and big city feel of Seoul, but many Koreans will tell you that Busan is one of South Korea’s friendliest and most relaxed cities.
